Now that the new year is upon us, what have you decided to change in your daily lifestyle? 

What are you going to change to reach your goals? What are your goals? 

Getting a full eight hours of sleep? Eating healthy? Working out? Losing weight? Having more positive thoughts?

My personally, I am giving up drinking soda; going to the gym daily; being thankful and positive; taking my education seriously; and believing in myself and my goals.
